Hey Belle Hey- Let's Talk Craft Workshops

It’s a new month and it’s great to be back after enjoying some down time and building in a new routine. Just because there was no May post that doesn’t mean I wasn’t crafting.

In fact I spent some time crafting online and in person (the first time since Covid). In late April I had the opportunity to visit All She Wrote Notes for a crafting workshop led by This is Tisa . I have had the opportunity to host workshops before but I have found connecting with fellow crafters and others who have the joy of creating or attempting to create (because I have some fails in there) is a great form of self-care and community building.

After thinking about how much fun I recently had connecting with other crafters and craft workshop participants I thought I would share some of my favorite crafters who offer opportunities:

  1. The first one up is Confetti University which is the crafting university of This is Tisa. She offers in-person and online workshops. The workshops cover sessions for beginners to seasoned crafters. Some of the workshops focus on blinging (or making things sparkle) and others may include making crafts that use vinyl. She will be hosting her first virtual craft retreat this month…See you there I hope

2. All She Wrote Notes is not just a fabulous shop but if you want to land hand lettering this is where you want to start. One of my favorite things is that the owner has written some amazing books about Betty Confetti and she hosts workshops for kids and adults.

3. Next up is Joy Worthy Co. This location is on my coming soon list. The craft schedule has so much variety. There is something for everyone. Sometimes the workshops are crafting and then there are events that involve food crafting (this is one I am for sure wanting to try.

Have you attended a craft workshop in person or online..comment below:

As Always,
