SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our orders have a standard shipping fee and are delivered by the United States Postal Service. At this time we do not ship Internationally. We do our best to ship out orders twice a week, unless products are out of stock or backordered products. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or via phone at 984-377-7674 so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses and do not refund for lost items due to incorrect addresses.
Due to the online ordering and shipping and customization of our items-we do not accept returns. Store credit may be awarded under extreme conditions and with proof of purchase with the receipt and photos of the ordered products.
