#HowHolly Gathering Charcuterie Board for Friendsgiving

Hey Belle Hey- .

Can you believe we have reached November already. Much like our Halloween posts the November posts have centered on Friendsgiving, on of my favorite ways to celebrate my BFF circle. The first year we focused on a soiree and last year was about table decor.

This year I decided to finally jump into the charcuterie board craze for Thanksgiving but of course with a Posh DIY spin.

Most of the charcuterie boards I have seen focus on feeding a decent size group of people. I have a few friends and of course some of us don’t prefer to eat the same things or have special food considerations. This is where a trip to the Target Dollar Spot came in handy. I was able to purchase individual boards for each of my guests.

After setting a party date, I sent an invite that asked my guests to list two of the favorite foods in the area of sweet, salty, favorite fruit, and cheese. Having this list allowed me to cater my shopping list to specific items without worrying about over buying because let’s be honest inflation is real.

Prior to the party I made sure to have everything prepped and placed each board on the table with each guest name. My BFF’s could have easily known which board belonged to who by the foods and since they did not know why they were submitting their favorite foods with the invite it served as a nice surprise when coming in to have something so personalized towards their favorites.

Have you ventured into charcuterie board making? Comment below!

As Always,
