#HowHolly Winter Tea Gift

#HowHolly Winter Tea Gift

Hey Belle Hey-

Happy February! I always enjoy warm drinks throughout the year but there is something about the winter months that makes me want to gather with friends for a warm drink.

This DIY is a craft I made for my coworkers as a happy winter break and it could easily be a great gift if you are gathering with friends any time during the winter. The one thing I really appreciate about this gift is he handmade touch but the ability to make a lot because I needed to gift a little over 80 coworkers.

Supplies Needed:

Cotton Drawstring Bags

Iron On Vinyl (I went with green but you can choose any color)

Tea Bags (I personally love Taylors of Harrogate Tea Sample Pack)

Cricut Design Space Tree (you could switch the tree to a heart or another design)

Honey Sticks (optional)

Hershey Kisses (optional, I placed two in each bag)

Now that all of your supplies are gathered, it’s time to put together your winter tea gift. I found three different and simple to weed Christmas trees in design space and used my Cricut Joy to cut them out. You could easily swap the tree for a heart during the month of February. Because my gift was going to diverse group of coworkers, I wanted to make sure the design was something that everyone could enjoy. Also, once the items in the bag were used, the bag could be reused or gifted to someone else.

Once my designs were cut, I turned on a favorite show and begin ironing on my design. I decided to add my tea bag, honey stick, and two Hershey kisses after finishing all of my iron on designs.

Belle Tip: The honey stick does stick out of the bag so I would probably opt for a honey pack and maybe add some peppermint if I redid this project. Depending on how many you are making this can be a really quick and thoughtful gift. Because I made a little over 80 this took me just a little over an hour and a half ( I had a few tea breaks in the making process…lol).

What is your favorite winter craft to share with friends or family, comment below and

As Always,
